Abstract
In the case with magnetic susceptibility artifact due to metallic materials, it is limited or useless to evaluate brain imaging on higher tesla MR machine. We report a case of acute stroke diagnosed accurately by using periodically rotated overlapping parallel lines with enhanced reconstruction (PROPELLER) diffusion weighted MRI.
